"hello, Patrick here. I have a f100 on a 17ft crestliner sportfish. The motor starts great and idles good for about 3 mins then it idles down even more and starts to shake vigorously. I had read a few more threads that resembled this problem, and i am wondering if a leakdown test is necessary. also another quick question... i know i should not be doing this but we had a 13 x 19k alum. prop on it. it was running around 5600 rps at wot. I had purchased a new ss prop 13 1/4 x 19 and am now running at 4900 rpms fully trimmed at wot. will this dammage my motor?
