Correct starting procedure for 93b Johnson V4

Can anyone direct me to a hist

Can anyone direct me to a historical post or otherwise help me find the starting procedure for a 93' Johnson 90TLETS? It has no fast idle lever and I can turn it over pushing in the choke but it dies after a second or two of running. Appreciate help I can get. Thanks

"it has a fast idle lever you just dont know how to use it, if its a top mounted binical pull the throttle lever out like your pullng it off the mount and it will put itself into neurtal warm up position, or there will be a button or soft spot that you can push in right were the lever connects to the box and it will put it in neutral"
 
one last thing if its a tiller

one last thing if its a tiller handle unit there is a knob at the end of the tiller that advances your timming and will give you a fast idle when turned
