"Relatively new boat owner. I have 22 ft. 1993 Mako with a '92 DT 200hp. While fishing this weekend I came into a little sand, when I went to steer out of it I lost all ability to turn the motor. The steering wheel now free wheels (360 degrees). No obvious signs of damaged of broken equipment and the engine is not able to be turned (back to straight) by hand. Any ideas on what needs to be repaired?"
