Difficulty finding Cobra 43 coolant hose

"I have a 92 Four Winns with a 4.3 Cobra. I need to replace the coolant hose from the engine's water pump to the thermostat housing. Similar to the lower radiator hose. I ordered a NAPA 18-71337 that is for a Mercruiser (no Cobra listings). Can't find any part #s on the current hose. This hose is close as far as diameter and angles, but the Cobra has a water separator that interferes with the location. Any thoughts on getting a replacement?

"Wow- I searched for a long time online and never found the part. When I click on this link, the part listing says n/a. Does MarineEngine actually have them?
Also, last year while servicing the outdrive, I replaced all the bellows (Sierra brand). I just inspected my work and now notice the exhaust bellow is cracking in the grooves to the point that I can poke my fingers through the rubber in some spots?? The bellows were already ventilated, but why should these have rotted so quickly, I still have the originals and they are still solid.
