Suzuki DF 250 wont start

the batery is fully charged. I

the batery is fully charged. I dont have electric power on the key conection. the 60A and 30A fuses are good. I turn the key and the buzer and oil lights are dead.

no power to console start trouble shooting. Sub harness fuse.

"if you are refering to the ones on the fuse box in the engine, those are good, are there any more fuses in the engine?"
 
"ok, all the fuses are ok and

"ok, all the fuses are ok and the relays to, the engine stil doesnt start, completely dead. in the other engine i have 12v coming from the engine to the key, in this one i only have about2 or 3 volts."
