    "I have a 1 cyl elgin no cover on carb ,what is the knob below the carb? Where is the serial no? It runs! Thank's for any help."

    "The knob below the carb is the fast speed mixture. this can be adjusted while the motor is off idle, and it is very sensitive and makes a HUGE diff!"
