Power to tilttrim but not to dash

"When I winterized it last year no problem. Hooked the batt. up this year but SWITCHED TERMINALS! (I know, I know)Now no power to the dash/ign/blower but the tilt and trim are ok. I went fuse hunting, nothing anything else??"

If this is a Cobra there are 2 big 50 amp fuses at the engine in the wiring harness near the assist solenoid. One of these handles tilt/trim and the other does everything else. They are inside separate big black rubber fuse holders. You can't always tell by looking at them, you need to meter them sometimes."
