2000 150hp ficht trim problem

The trim seems like it's n

The trim seems like it's not getting power . I've checked all the 10 amp fuses under the starboard side cover. What next? It looks like there are some relays there also. Are they trim related?
 
"in ur power panel,ck that u h

"in ur power panel,ck that u have voltage,at the fuse,between the 2 relays on left.,then ck that the ground wire,is grounded,there.make sure ,that fuse,is good.,2 relays on RIGHT ,are ur tnt ones."
