How do I remove the whole Tilttrim unit on Volvo penta 275 IN board

Need help with

new to boats.
Need help with replacing the who tilt/trim unit on a 1986 bayline capri with a Volvo penta 275 IN board engine. I only see two screw that hold the tilt/ unit from the inside. Is there anything that is holding the outside together?

unscrew the piece on the end o

unscrew the piece on the end of the ram. it's too big to fit through the hole. nothing else outside.
