i got this old outboard but ca

i got this old outboard but cant identify it so i can get parts. i found a sticker that says....

"That one is a bit older than the Eska's I'm familiar with. I'm assuming it is air cooled though. Look at the engine itself, if you see fins around the cylinder, it is. Watch out though, most Eska's in that size/power range have an impeller that cools the bottom end, so don't run it out of water unless you are sure it doesn't have one."
