Can anyone tell me how to test

Can anyone tell me how to test the "pulser unit" and "cdi unit"? I believe I am having issues with the timing as my motor starts and idles fine but when I accelerate the motor bogs down. The intake manifold becomes very cold and sweats also.I know the entire fuel system is OK. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks
Chris

"Test of your Pulsar Coil is R

"Test of your Pulsar Coil is Resistance of 120 Ohms (+/-10%) between the leads.

Timing is a one-time setting when the Flywheel 'F' mark is on the mark under aft starter lug and the time mark on cam pully lines up with mark on Pulsar Coil.

There is centrifugal advance under cam pully, but no timing change from CDI.

CDI unit requires a specific Sanwa or Kowa tester and has 48 values to check. Would expect all or nothing from this ignition and the fact that it idles, indicates that it is working. but check (the color), clean and gap your sparkplugs.

Carburetors are little refrigerators, internal drop of 30-40f from venturi vacuum and evaporation of gasoline, but carburetor would be first to check, clean/replace with the symptom you mention."
