2006 Yamaha F60 breaks up after 3700 RPMbs

Motor has 12 hours on it. Fuel

Motor has 12 hours on it. Fuel system is clean. I beleive high speed coil is to blame. Idles perfect runs perfect until you hit 3700 rpms then starts to breakdown. Has anyone encountered this problem.
 
So where should I check first

So where should I check first is there a way to test this. I also was thinking maybe high speed coil? Does anyone know at what rpm does high speed coil take over. It will not allow me over 3700 rpm. diagnosis software gives me no codes. Im stuck please help.
