installing a fuel pump

I have a 1996 johnson fast str

I have a 1996 johnson fast strike and the fuel pump went out is it possible to install a new one myself or should i bring it in to my local dealer?

"Very easy to install- Call me if you need assist to troubleshoot over phone (first we need to verify it's bad--Pump will click every 20 secs. if good...If pump does rapid clicking it may have lack of fuel or air leak...Give me a call-
