Need Info on a Tomos outboard

I have been working on outboa

I have been working on outboards for a while now and never seen a tomos outboard. I have a one cylinder model that has good spark and good compression. It is getting to much fuel and won't start. Anyone know where I can find parts or info on this motor. I know it was made in Yugoslavia and my guess is that not to many make it over here. Let me know.
