I see on all the posts that QL

I see on all the posts that QL77JC4 plugs are recommended for my type of motor...The book calls for me to use L77JC4...Why are QL's recommended all the time ???

The "Q" indicates a suppressor (sometimes referred to by many as a resistor) plug. The purpose of this plug is to quiet down ignition etc noise that may interfere with electronic equipment onboard.
