Any one know about GM 4.1

Any one know about GM 4.1L 250CID 165hp Inline six engine Blocks for Marine use?
I have a OMC Build GM 4.1L 250CID 165hp inline Six engine;with a crack water jacket. My Block Casting number is 348675.
Some one has a Block they clame is a Murcruiser.
Its Block Casting number is 3894257.
Any one have information on what Blocks will work with my Head and parts from my OMC engine?
And is there any diferance from Auto-Truck pistons vs Marine pistons?
Any one Have a good Engine Block to sell?

You dont happen to have information on Murcruiser 165hp 6cyl (1970 to 1975) casting numbers they used? This is really the information I need. ANY ONE OUT THERE?
