"I Have A problem with my small 8hp 2 stroke outboard. I ported it alot works great. the problem is at wide open throttle only when going into or over small swell or wave engine rpm"s go down 500 rpm and within 2 seconds picks back up. is it because the effective cyl volume went from 80cc to 59cc and engine loads up with fuel, or is something else going on."
