"Is it possible to convert a J40resr tiller controlled motor. I would like to install elec start, remote steering, and power control."

"No problems! The parts neded for the engine:0397931, and the electric starter kit:0433212. Note that the starter kit only has a rectifier and no regulator and a push button start at the engine. Choke is still 'maual'. All needed steering parts You may get from Your local supplier or at the net, they are mostly standard items depending on which system You want, tilt tube, transom mount etc."
