"I am thinking of adding an inline Perko Flush-Pro to my crusaders to keep the exhaust system flushed with freah water after use. I was just curious if anyone else uses this system or maybe another brand and would it prolong the life of my manifolds and risers if I used this system? I know its a winterizing system, but living in Fl. I have no need to winterize.

Prior, I replaced the risers, due to rust accumulation, each 4 -125 hour season; since this, NO buildup, though I inspect each 4 years. I operate in saltwater (Puget Sound).}}}"

Thanks for info John. Just added a tee (although it was after 25 hours with new FW engines on the cheasapeake bay Solomons I. area.) Hope I didn't wait too late.
