I have a 88 yammy 175 it has a

I have a 88 yammy 175 it has a loss of power and when im running every now and then it has a surge fom 5200 rpm to 5600 rpm. it used to spool up to 6000 no problem if i wanted it to. I just rebuilt carb put in new fuel pumps water seperator/filter new primer bulb and new fuel hoses. compresion is 120 on all 6 cylynders. any ideas im at a loss and miss the power i used to have

thanks just-in-time all 6 have spark to them and all the lines are clear and un kinked am at a loss for ideas now
