Need to replace thermostats on

Need to replace thermostats on a 1998 90hp v-4 crossflow.
What is the easies procedure. Pulling the powerhead is not an option. Bolts are frozen.

"Pulling the power head won't help much. The thermostats are located in the exhaust housing BELOW the power head. Go to the BRP site:

Then follow the guide and look in 'exhaust housing'."
