"Here goes....Have a buddy that has a 3.0L Mercruiser that was given to him with a bad starter. Checked oil, had some water in it, drained it all out. took top hose off water pump and put garden hose in there, water is now trickling out of oil drain....Cracked block? Or could it be a blown head gasket? Also, boat sat out in garage all winter long. When we opened the drains on the block, water came out....any advice? Motor is only about 5 yrs old
