"I assume you mean a 135 if it's a new one. At 2100 lbs with an 8 ft beam, that should be enough. HOWEVER, I've never known a boater that didn't wish he/she had more horsepower. If the price difference between the 135 and the 150 is not that much. I would go with the bigger engine. In the long run, that might even save you money if you would run a 150 less often at WOT compared to the 135. Just my view - I'm sure there are others."
