My 5hp has an issue when start

My 5hp has an issue when starting. It will start and sometimes idle but normally just runs up to full throttle and then shuts down. I have removed the carb and cleaned it 3 or 4 times but to no avail. I have fuel and good spark. The engine has very little time on it. Thanks

"It's possible. Try spraying starter fluid around the engine(carefully) while its running. A difference in RPM would indicate a leak....But, I would revist the fuel system as that is almost certainly the source of the problem."
