"Hey Guys,

I see in the forms where I should not move carb. linkage and I did.
How do I reset the linkage, Right now the butterflies open all the way at full throttle.
Not sure that is correct, and might be why it boggs at high speed.
Would this have something to do with the air that flows through the carb?

Thanks, Dale

"The basic is quite simple:
When advancing throttle, be sure the carb starts to open when the 'pin' hits the mark on the ignition armature cam.
Full throttle setting:
Shift in gear (rotate prop not to harm gear), give full throttle. Adjust stopper on the rod going from carb to vertical shaft so the carb opens 99+%! It is important that the carb does not open more than 100%. Tighten the screw on the stopper properly., Go back to idle pos. The stopper will now much likely be about 1" from stop. The reason is that the beginning of the rpm increase will be done by timing advance only, then the cam and finally the 'rod'."
