In the process of purchasing a used boat with 2003 honda 130 4 stroke. Owner says it has less than 100 hrs on it. Anything i should be weary of. also how hard is it to change oil and winterize. Thanks for info in advance
 
A shop should be able to plug

A shop should be able to plug it into a diagnostic computer and give you true hrs and a break down of how many hrs at various rpms. If it has been over-reved. Might be worth the cost before laying out the asking price.
