Anyone ever have customer service problems with Suzuki? What about waiting for parts or not backing up their warranty?

"I think Suzuki has a push on right now to increase their dealer network and boost sales. They are making inroads based on pricing compard to Yami's and Honda's. I haven't heard any horror stories yet. I know that the 9.9 Suzuki 4 stroke high thrust has a harmonic vibration that is really annoying. To the point where one guy here took his boat back to the dealer and said get it off my boat. To Suzuki's credit they shipped his engine to Ontario, took it apart, re-balanced the crank and gave it back to him to test. It was better as the vibration at his trolling speed was gone..it now vibrates at a speed he never fishes at so he's happy. (happier)"
