"My motor is shot I'm parting it out. Good Parts include, lower unit W/prop, starter, flywheel, carbs, stator, CDI, e-mail me with what you need and a reasonable offer."
 
"I have a spare set of carbs.

"I have a spare set of carbs. I swapped them out the problem still existed. No pilot adjustment response on lower carb. I got to to start at a high idle, the rpm's ran away and I let it go till the motor fried.

It will still turn over but not even sputter now, it's dead."
