I'm new to this forum, and I like to put a question to you fellows. I have a Volvo AQ120B with a Solex Carb 44PHN3, engine runs fine but the problem is it wont start with this cold air. Is there a choke kit avaible for this carb, or is there some thing else to solve this problem. Thanks

"There are no choke kits for the Solex carbs. However, if your distributor does not have not electronic ignition, consider installing a Pertronix or a HotSpark kit and you will eliminate most of the starting problems you may experience during the winter. Check this forum for "Hot Spark" and "Pertronix"."
