"My buddy has a Cabrea engine with a NA12S remote controller for the throttle box. We can't get it to move the way it should. Its tough, binds, and gets stuck. When going from full throttle to neutral, the mechanism at engine does not move back far enough to allow the shifter to go into neutral. As far as I can tell, the problem is either at the engine, or in the control box itself.
I've looked all over for a diagram of the controller and cannot find one to see if the installation is correct and/or if his missing some parts.
Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks."
