"I have a 115 that is very har

"I have a 115 that is very hard to start after it sets a week or so. I check the fire and it is not firing the plug. I can keep trying and it will adventually start. after it starts, it starts every time until it sets for a week or so. I have checked all wires on the CDI and they are connected good. I have also checked the kill switch in the shifter and it works fine. I need help please."

Sounds more like a fuel dilerverfy problem. make sure the choke is working...not sticking.

"Ok, I can take a test light and stick it to the kill wire on the CDI box and it will usually start. Also I forgot to tell you it was a 1985 model. But will the test light not act as a groung to kill the fire also?"
