Haven't got a clue what model this or what pipe goes where! all disconnected.
Any ID or general advice greatly appreciated!

"To my knowledge, the ONLY use of a V4 in the US was via SAAB cars way back in the late 1960's and 1970's. The SAAB 96 and the SAAB Sonnet had this motor. Other than that, I do not know of any other automobile use, although there certainly should have been some industrial use. To date, this is the first time anyone has identified one in a boat, but hey, I've lived a sheltered life so there may be a bunch of em out there.

Looks like it might have been a custom application given the clutch pressure plate that i see and the box steel manifolds. Hmmm

"Seems to me Saab used this engine in a reverse rotation format, so it would be perfect for a marine engine. Seems it was late in the game that Saab engineers learned the proper rotation for an automotive application."
