"I have a 1984 Mercury Black Max that will not open all the way. I feels like it's lacking fuel. I replaced the primer bulb, no change. Where is the fuel filter?"
 
"Are all your fuel lines soft

"Are all your fuel lines soft and pliable with no cracks? Unless another filter has been added, the only one you have is a screen type just behind the round parts on the fuel pump where the fuel line connects."
