The pull starter will not pull.
Anyone know the possible symptoms???

new with outboards so i don't know what you mean.
My buddy was yanking on it while in was in F. I put it in N and it pulled once or twice.
Now it wont.

"Check the neutral interlock lever at the front of the flywheel..... Mine gets stuck once in awhile. it locks the flywheel....
if that's not stuck, maybe you have a broken recoil return spring locking it up."
