Motor starts but stalls out ri

Motor starts but stalls out right away. Fuel filter seems to be fine and its getting fuel. What do ya'll suggest???
 
"Try cleaning the carburator.

"Try cleaning the carburator. It seems that you've got the same basic problem as the guy with the 15 hp. The idle jet is plugged and you're starting by pulling fuel through the main jet with the choke closed.

I could be wrong on this one, but it's an easy try for a high probability of a fix, especially if the motor had been setting up with fuel left in the carb.
