boat has no hole shot takes it

boat has no hole shot takes it awhile to get on plain from idle to wide open like it hesitates almost stalling can anyone help boat is 17.5 prop is 13 1/4x19 1991 115

"Next time out, try hitting the primer a few times as you take off...if runs good when you do that, carbs need to be rebuilt...if not, pump the primer bulb up hard and hold it as you go again,If OK then, look for pinched fuel lines, dirty filter, or any thing else that might restrict the fuel flow...Post back....."
