IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT ABOV

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CONVERT ABOVE TO A BF-90 HP MOTOR SINCE THEY HAVE IDENTICAL SPECIFICATIONS.WHAT WOULD BE THE COST AND WHERE COULD I GET IT DONE.
 
They the same basic specs howe

They the same basic specs however the cams carb jetting electronics and a host of other small things are different. It would expensive if you could find a Dealer the would do. Probaly banned by Honda.
