Replacing impellers on Sherwood pump 283engine

I've done this before but

I've done this before but it was a real pain getting the impellers into this pump. The pump is a sherwood N1036GX. It was two impellers. Anyone done this before and have any hints before I "go in"? Thanks

It is a little late but I just recently changed the impellars on my 2 Chrysler water pumps and I did it no problem by simply rotating the impellars into the pump
 
"Squeeze the impeller down wit

"Squeeze the impeller down with a tie wrap, slip 'er in, then cut the tie wrap. And be sure to cock the blades in the correct direction.

Thanks. I did get them replaced. Removing the whole pump made the job much easier. I also used dawn dishwashing liquid to lubricant rather than vasoline which harms the rubber
