"I need to purchase a new Mercruiser 5.7 1997. Does anyone know the difference between a marine engine and a auto engine, besides the price. Any suggestions on where to purchase for best price and warranty. My mechanic friend is willing to help me install it. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks"
