i'm looking to buy a 17&#3

i'm looking to buy a 17' aluminum boat with a 115 merc. i can't decide which way to go. 2 or 4 stroke??? any opinions??? thanks

"The 2 stroke have more 'guts' and are a lot lighter. The 4 strokes get better fuel mileage.

A 4 stroke 115 on a 17ft boat?

A 4 stroke 115 on a 17ft boat? I'd think the 4 stroke would be to heavy for the boat. Is the boat rated for a 4 stroke that big?
