We have a 98 procraft f/s 17co

We have a 98 procraft f/s 17combo with 90 hp Force and the moter trim starting getting stuck and now it is up all the way and will not go down. We ck'd the voltage and it appears to get power at the pump. any ideas?
 
My 88 got stuck and all I'

My 88 got stuck and all I'd hear is a clicking sound like when your battery is dead on the auto.
The problem was one of the relay switches for the trim motor. I took the one I had and brought it to an auto store and they matched connectors and all is well now.
