It can sit for weeks in the cold and will start and run strong on the second pull everytime. Im not looking to sell it Im just curious what this old motor may be worth if I was to sell it.

"Jason, a 1975 5 horse would have been built by Eska (long out of business). The powerhead itself is a single cylinder, air-cooled Tecumseh motor (the same as used on thousands of lawnmowers) - with most parts for the (powerhead) still available through numerous small engine places.

Having said all that, there are literally thousands of these little air-cooled outboards out there - in sheds/garages/basements and boat houses.

Their value is fairly low - usually sell for less than 100 bucks if in running condition. Their greatest value lies if you have a use for it which could save you 800-1000 bucks which is the cost of a modern 5 horse "kicker"...."
