"I only have a Seloc manual and it skips my model. I have the prop off and can see the seals. There is a dogged large washer that seems to need to come off. Can I just move this counterclockwise, and get access to the oil seals for replacement? (Last summer I replaced the oil seals on the vertical drive shaft under the water pump.)"
