"Looking to purchase a 1996 boat with 120 hours on each motor - question - At full "speed" the max rpm is 3200. The surveyor said that everything seems to be fine but is concerned that is not reaching a max of 4200. This boat weight dry is 21,000 lbs. Any help would be appreciated."
