"I've recently obtained a 25 hp Mercury motor, serial # 0D172586, possibly 1992 or 1993 model. It runs sluggish on take off but idles fine. I've cleaned the carb. I do not have a manual and was wanting to find out the recommended Mercury needle setting for a starting point when I start to fine tune the motor. Any help?"
