"Hello I have a 3.5B Tohatsu 3

"Hello I have a 3.5B Tohatsu 3.5b outboard. There is no water coming out of the pee hole. I have already ran a wire through the water intake and up the rubber pee tube and they are clear. Conclusion - it's the water pump. I took out the 2 bolts holding the lower unit, but it only dropped about 1 inch. How do I remove the lower unit and take off the water pump? Thanks, Bill"

Get a service manual and then remove the rubber grommet on the motor leg and disconnect the shift.
 
and fyi those motors are the h

and fyi those motors are the hardest to put back together so be sure you dont miss the water tube on assembly i have seen even nissan miss the water tube on them so be careful run it in a bucket before you take it out
