Problem with my 150 mercury optimax

i have a mercury optimax and t

i have a mercury optimax and the engine starts just fine and idols fine but soon as i try to accelerate the engine will violently shake and then i have to reduce the rpm's and then it seems to be fine again but i cant get the rpm's past a certain point i have taken the engine to a repair shop and they have replaced the electronic shift switch and new spark plugs. if anyone has some knowledge of mercury outboard mercury's and think they know what the problem is let me know please
 
You need to find a new shop. Y

You need to find a new shop. You need to have some gauges for your fuel pressure and air pressure and compression test
start with a compression test
Spark test would be the next test
Then you'll need to do a scan of the ecm for any faults ddt will let you find any other parts the could be bad
Oh lastly don't fall out over the cost of the ddt
You need to find a good shop that can scan your motor.
