"If you look at the wire color, you should be able to trace it back to the ECM. Check the voltage at the ECM and see if the wire is where the problem lies. If the wire is good and the ECM is putting out the fuel pump prime pulse, the ECM may have a problem and maybe disconnecting the battery cables for a few minutes will help. Otherwise, I would recommend getting the pin configuration for your motor and trace the wires back.
Did you check for a positive or grounding pulse on that pin?
If the ECM is bad, it may still be under warranty, but I doubt it. Talk to your dealer about this problem."
