99 Mariner bogs out at full throttle

"I'll bet this topic has been discussed before, but I haven't been able to find it in the most recent history. Early 90's? Mariner starts fine, trolls fine, but put it up to full throttle and it bogs out. Its not bad gas. I have been told it needs a new carb/fuel pump combo. I also saw hints on this site that it may be ignition-related. When it bogs out, the primer bulb also seems empty. Is it the fuel pump for sure? And if so, where can I get one cheap?"

"just to be sure, pump the bulb while at full throttle, it should then run fine if the carb is clean. also check the tank vent and fuel pick-up in tank. wouldn't hurt to try a different tank, line assembly"
 
if your fuel line has a hole o

if your fuel line has a hole of any size in it it will do just what your saying. replace fuel line
