"The manual states SAE10W -30/40 API, SG, SH. But does not say what kind of oil thats recommended. I live in a cold country (Sweden)and use the boat in the spring an until ice is stopping me.
I run about 100h/year
Thanks"

Opinion & personal experie

Opinion & personal experience tell me that synthetic oils are not necessary or helpful for modern 4-stroke outboards like your Honda as long as you change the oil and filter every 100 hours (even though the manual says change the filter every 200 hours.) That's equivalent to an auto oil change every 3000 miles - depending on your average operating speed. I would not recommend using synthetic oil as a justification for extending the period between oil changes.

Your 100% right there mr Neal

Your 100% right there mr Neal if Roisland was racing the boat yes there a are some advantages to running synthetic oil but normal running is better with mineral base oils due to "carbons" and emmisions
systems built in to modern engines (race engines dont need to comply with most emmission rules anyway)i work on more of these type mainly
